Welcome to Kitsap County’s First-Ever Latin Jazz Camp!
We’re excited to present the Latin American Jazz Experience Music Camp, a unique, high-energy 3-day camp where young musicians can dive into the rich rhythms, history, and global influence of Latin jazz — all while building skills, meeting peers, and having fun.
This is the first camp of its kind ever offered in Kitsap County, and we’re thrilled to make it completely free this year thanks to our generous sponsors!
🎺 Who Is It For?
This camp is primarily designed for middle and high school students involved in school music programs, youth bands, or private lessons — but we welcome interest from any dedicated young musician looking to grow.

🎵 What Students will Experience
- Hands-on workshops with professional musicians & educators
- Learn classic and modern Latin jazz styles: salsa, samba, bossa nova, cha-cha & more
- Explore the cultural roots and history of Latin music
- Play in ensembles with other like-minded student musicians
- Discover new rhythms, techniques, and ways to express yourself musically
- Build friendships and have fun in a supportive environment
